  • Nope. IFBOT X3 does dry cleaning through nano rolling brush and vacuum cleaner

  • Nope, your solar panels are safe in the hands of IFBOT X3. The brush on IFBOT X3 is using the same material as a facial brush, ensuring gentleness on panels. The key reason traditional dry cleaning robots cause scratches on solar panels is their inability to completely remove all dirt, especially sand. When these robots operate, their brushes may carry sand around the panels, causing further damage. IFBOT X3 doesn't face the same issue, as its embedded vacuum cleaners efficiently remove dirt and sand from the panels

  • IFBOT X3 is IP56 rating. It can withstand some light splashing with water, but it is not recommended to work under rain.

  • The battery can operate continuously for 4 hours. It is effortlessly replaceable, allowing you to extend the robot's working hours easily. If you require longer operation, you can purchase an additional pair of batteries

  • IFBOT X3 is compatible with nearly all commercial solar panels and systems. However, there are a few exceptions, which you can find here: scenarios where IFBOT X3 is not suitable.

    In addition, IFBOT X3 is designed for industrial usage and is not suitable for households. For residential use, we are going to launch a new product very soon. Stay tuned!

  • For shipping and tax reasons, the price of each IFBOT X3 varies in different countries. Meanwhile, discounts are available for multiple purchases or frequent buyers. Therefore, for the exact price, you can click the “Get a Quote” bottom on below, and let us know: 1.the items and their quantity you desire; 2. the address you want us to send the product to, by filling the form. Our team will send you a quotation for detailed price information.

  • Click the “Get a Quote” bottom below, and enter the item and quantity you desire, as well as the address you want us to send the robot to. Our team will reach out to you and guide you through rest of the steps: 1. send you a quotation; 2. If you are good with the price, we will send you our payment information through a proforma invoice; 3. Once the payment is received, we will send you the robot.

  • Nope. You can order any quantity you prefer. The recommended amount depends on the size of your solar panels: each IFBOT X3 can clean approximately 240 square meters per day. The more units you purchase, the greater the quantity discount you'll receive. The minimum quantity to qualify for a discount is 5 units. For more details, please contact us at sales@ifbot.com.

  • You may return items within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at sales@ifbot.com to obtain a return authorization. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product received is defective or damaged. We strive to process returns promptly upon receipt, and refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • All purchases , except consumables such as suction cups, roller brushes and storage bags, come with a 1-year warranty, ensuring that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any issues during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty covers normal use and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations. Please notice that, the seal on the machine is a proof that the machine has not been disassembled. If the seal is damaged, it will be deemed as waiver of the warranty.
