Ifbot technology was awarded the China Design Intelligence Gold Awards

On March 12, 2023, the grand ceremony for the seventh China Design Intelligence Awards (DIA) took place at the Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center. The “DIA China Design Intelligence Awards” is the first international academy award in the field of industrial design in China, jointly initiated by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province and the China Academy of Art. Since its establishment in 2014, the award has consistently adhered to the original intention and mission proposed by Li Qiang, who was the Governor of Zhejiang Province at the time and is currently the Prime Minister of China, to create a world-class industrial design award.

This year’s competition featured participants from over 70 countries, and the number of entries surged from 2,511 in the first year to 8,010 in the current year. A total of 322 works were selected to receive 'Excellence Awards' in this edition. For the 29 most outstanding works of the year, they were awarded the 'Gold, Silver, Bronze' prizes, with two gold awards being the highest honors. The work 'Ifbot X3 Solar Cleaning Robot,' presented by Ifbot Technology, received the gold award.

The “DIA Gold Awards” mark the fourth design accolade for Ifbot Technology, following the “Red Dot Winners 2022 - Best of Best,” “iF Design Award,' and the 'Contemporary Good Design Award.”

"This is currently the best choice among all energy categories to promote the green-oriented transition, providing hope for achieving worldwide carbon neutrality in the next 30 years!" remarked the chairman of the organizing committee regarding the "Ifbot X3 solar cleaning robot.

To address the cleaning challenges of photovoltaic arrays, Ifbot technology took the lead in introducing the concept of an ‘intelligent solar panel cleaning robot’ and proposed and designed a "crawler-type" mobile suction cup. The vacuum-adhesive photovoltaic cleaning device effectively overcame the drawbacks of traditional cleaning equipment, such as being heavy, difficult to carry, inconvenient to deploy, and having a short battery life.
